Quote of the Day (Dante Alighieri, on Fame)

“Worldly fame is but a breath of wind that blows now this way, and now that, and changes name as it changes direction.”—Attributed to Divine Comedy poet Dante Alighieri, who died at age 55 on this date in 1321, in exile from his native Florence

I live and work in a city where people pursue fame. I see them every day, broken(or about to be) selling the homeless peoples' newspaper or doing half their job with half their heart, waiting to be struck by fame's lightning. Geat quote.
